orders are processed within 2–5 business days. delivery times are estimates. customers must provide accurate shipping info; hearth & halo isn’t liable for delays due to incorrect addresses or courier issues. damaged, faulty, or expired items must be reported within 48 hours with photos and proof of purchase for replacement or refund.
returns & refunds
returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days for unused, unopened items. opened skincare, makeup, or certain personal care products cannot be returned for hygienic reasons , unless faulty, damaged, or expired on arrival. refunds or replacements are issued after inspection. return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty, damaged, or expired.
